WHO WE ARE

A community that learns to serve.

Ministerio Cristiano la Trinidad is a Christian ministry dedicated to education and service. Our work brings together education, practical theology, clinical chaplaincy, spiritual care, counseling, and resources for people and communities.

We do not see knowledge as an end in itself. Educating, discovering, and equipping become meaningful when they strengthen our capacity to serve with responsibility, love, justice, and humility.

OUR CALLING

01

Educate

Develop knowledge and capabilities for ministry, care, and service.

02

Discover

Research, reflect, and discern with openness to context, history, and human experience.

03

Equip

Offer resources that strengthen professional, pastoral, and educational practice.

04

Serve

Put our capabilities at the service of people and communities with love, justice, and humility.

OUR UNDERSTANDING OF THE PERSON

A person with a voice, power, freedom, and the capacity for relationships.

We understand the human organism as an indivisible whole influenced by biology, culture, history, relationships, and context. Within this whole, we recognize cognitive, affective, relational, behavioral, and transcendent capacities.

This understanding guides how we educate, care, and serve, as we seek relationships that recognize each person’s dignity and agency.

LEADERSHIP

R. Esteban Montilla, Ph.D.

Ordained minister, religious and pastoral educator, chaplain and clinical supervisor, pastoral psychotherapist, counselor, university professor, researcher, and author. His work brings together clinical pastoral education, supervision, practical theology, pastoral psychotherapy, and education.

Leadership at MCT is understood as a relational responsibility: mobilizing resources, developing capabilities, and serving without diminishing people’s voices, freedom, or dignity.
